• Subscription pricing and included features may change over time.
• Access to Boomly Pro features depends on an active subscription.

Café Information

Boomly uses third-party services, including Google Places API, to display café and coffee shop information such as names, addresses, ratings, photos, opening status, and location details.

While we aim to provide useful and accurate information, Boomly cannot guarantee that all café details are complete, current, or error-free.

Location Services

Boomly uses your device location to show nearby coffee shops and calculate distances. You may disable location access through your device settings, but some app features may not work as intended.

Sponsored Partners

Boomly may display sponsored partners or promoted café listings. Sponsored content may be labelled clearly in the app where applicable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Boomly for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the app or its services.
• Copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its content.

Boomly, including its name, branding, design, logo, software, and related content, is owned by Boomly and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Boomly relies on third-party services such as Google Places API, Firebase, Apple App Store, and Google Play. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
